What if we need assistance creating content for our promotion?
If the package you choose includes promotion on both @pacific.beach and @sandiegofree, your post will appear on both pages at different times. If you select a package for promotion on just one page, it will only appear on that specific Instagram account.
For a collab post, once you've paid for the promotion, you can either send us your content along with the desired caption, or you can launch the post from your own page and we’ll approve it. Please ensure that the content aligns with the style seen across our page, as we typically avoid graphics.
Posting times are on a first-come, first-serve basis. While we try to accommodate specific requests, we recommend avoiding last-minute requests. The earlier you communicate your preferred posting time, the better we can plan to meet your needs.
